Illustrative workflow. Fictional request and draft content; no CRM records or contact information.

The problem.

Staff know the work they want to do, but a raw CRM API is not a useful interface for them. A helpful tool needs to translate a request into a clear, inspectable action and keep the important decisions visible.

What I built.

I built a connector and workflow tools for CRM information, email drafts, newsletter preparation, and review. The tools give staff coded capabilities they can use through an AI interface, rather than asking them to work directly with an API.

The decisions that matter.

  1. Make the capabilities explicit

Use structured tools with defined tasks instead of an open-ended instruction to change a system.

  2. Make drafts easy to inspect

Prepare content and supporting information in a form that a person can review.

  3. Work with the team’s process

Connect information gathering, draft preparation, and review in the order staff need them.

The result.

Staff can gather newsletter material, prepare email drafts, and inspect the output for review through an AI interface. Structured tools connect those tasks to CRM information without requiring staff to work directly with the API.
