A live event tool, finished for the stage.
Taking an initial version much further: practical operator controls, independent displays, and a considered presentation.
The problem.
A live screen has two audiences: the people watching it and the operator making decisions behind it. The display needs to stay readable and composed, while the operator needs clear controls and confidence about what will appear next.
What I built.
I substantially developed StageSync from an existing initial version into a more usable event tool. I added and refined the card-based stage presentation, redesigned the operator console, introduced independent parallel displays, and built presentation settings and content switching.
The decisions that matter.
Give the operator a clear view
A stage preview, moderation controls, and content choices make the display easier to direct.
Make each screen useful on its own
Parallel stages have their own consoles and display settings, including text size, width, and screen shape.
Polish the behavior, not only the appearance
Stable reordering, reaction display, promotional switching, and photo controls improve the experience during use.
The result.
Operators can preview and moderate audience content, switch presentation content, and adjust parallel screens independently. My work added those controls and refined the stage presentation and operator console.
